Role: Site Work and Carpentry Subcontractor
Scope: Responsible for site development including site demo, grading, storm, sanitary, and water utilities for a 12,000 SF building pad; rough and finish carpentry, metal trusses, metal studs, drywall, ceilings, doors and hardware, and specialties installation throughout the new building.
